الملخص:
يتناول هذا البحث دراسة لغوية مقارنة لألفاظ الحيوانات المدجَّنة في اللغة الأكدية، ومقارنتها بما يقابلها في كل من اللغة العبرية والسريانية، بوصفها لغات جزرية شقيقة واعتمد البحث على المنهج المقارن عن طريق تحليل التطور الصوتي والدلالة وتأصيل المفردات المشتركة لفظا ومعنى بين هذه اللغات الثلاث، ويسهم هذا البحث في توثيق العلاقة بين اللغات السامية ويبرز أهمية اللغات الجزرية الأخرى كمصدر غني لدراسة المفردات التي بقيت حية فيها.
