نصوصٌ إِدارية غيرُ منشورةٍ من عصر أُور الثالثة (مصادرة)
الملخص
يتناول البحث نصوصاً مسمارية ادارية غير منشورة من عصر أور الثالثة(2012-2004 ق.م) تعنى ببيان بعض الاعمال الادارية لموظفين ومسؤولين قد عملوا في سنوات حكم لأربعة ملوك من هذا العصر وهم شولكي, وامار-سين, وشو-سين, وابي-سين , وقد جاء في مضامينها ذكر أَنواعٍ متعددة من الحيوانات كالثيران والخراف , فضلاً عن مواد مختلفة كالجعة والزبد وغيرها , بوجود شخصيات من مسؤولين وموظفين كالوسيط والمبعوث الملكي وكاتب البهارات, وكانوا يقومون بأعمال يومية مختلفة من أجل إدارة الدولة, وبعد مقارنة أسماء الأشخاص والأشهر اتضح ان هذه النصوص تعود الى مدينة ايري-ساكريك/ال-شراكي(Al-šarraki/iri-sag-rig7), ومن الجدير بالذكر ان هذا العصر قد عرف بوجود ارشيفات من النصوص تعود الى عدة مواقع, وكذلك نصوص مسمارية لقرارات ومصادرة قد بينت لنا المنظومة الادارية والاقتصادية, والتي تدار من قبل موظفين ومسؤولين يقومون بتدوين المعلومات اليومية والشهرية والسنوية بكل تفاصيلها كذكر اسماء العمال وعددهم وأماكن عملهم بالقصر, أو المعبد, أو الورشات الصناعية, أو المزارع وغيرها, ويأخذون اوامرهم من الملك والطبقة العليا في دولة اور الثالثة.
